Tanya Fix

Tanya has always been a motivated problem solver, advocating for inclusivity and acceptance as a foundation for the success of individuals, workplaces, and communities.

She believes advocacy and teaching need to address learning styles and language barriers to support individuals and the safety culture of every workplace, home, and community in a positive way.

Tanya has taken Business Law, 10 Food Safety courses, Food Microbiology, and a two-year condensed to 14-month COHSES program to challenge herself over the past three years. She has been delivering safety training courses for over ten years, loves learning, applying it to her instructional skillset, and sharing that information dynamically.

Clifford Fix

Clifford started his career as a Red Seal Inter-Provincial Journeyman mechanic, specialized as an electronic technician, and then in project management and administration, mainly within the Petroleum and Construction industries at home in Canada and abroad.

Safety was and is a core aspect and belief of his work. Clifford’s industry experience spans over 40 years across several industries. He has delivered safety training for almost 20 years.

As a person with dyslexia and a parent of children with learning challenges, Clifford was always interested in finding ways to help people learn. He works to instill safety into people’s lives and corporate culture because life is priceless
